Great Event - Clearer Communication From Venue Necessary
Team did a great job ensuring engagement throughout the entire event, despite unclear communication about the no purse policy. Many angry people as a result of this NHL policy not being widely known. Went with friends to a great show, only to realize the inconvenience of the purse regulation. If you took a cab or taxi, you were out of luck finding a place to put your belongings. So many emails about covid policy and entrance requirements, but nothing about the purse regulation.
